Major Responsibilities include:
▪ Hands on experience of Huawei MA5800T OLTs.
▪ Hands on experience of Huawei iManager U2000.
▪ Gaining Proper knowledge of GPON FTTx technologies.
▪ Understanding the packet flow of FTTx Network.
▪ Gain knowledge of different Access Equipment like OLT, LANX, DSLAM, MGX etc.
▪ Knowledge of LT Cards provisioning and configurations on GPON OLTs.
▪ Knowledge and understanding of POTS working, DHCP entries, DHCP relay mechanism etc.
▪ Required system level trouble shooting to keep track of DSLAMs, MGX, OLTs, LANX and other ACCESS devices.
▪ ONTs Testing/ Configurations.
▪ Understanding the commissioning of ONTs and all the services that can be provided through ONT.
▪ Perform different maintenance and optimization activities.
▪ Gain knowledge og WAM/AMS and other Access Management Softwares and its working with the OLTs.
▪ Language knowledge and troubleshooting through CLI and TL1.
▪ Respond to network outages and take necessary measures to rectify the issue.
▪ Knowledge for testing any new device that is related to Access Networks.
▪ Perform detailed testing according to PAT(Product Acceptance Test) and share detailed report of the testing.
▪ Participate in interdepartmental meetings.
Dealing with network outages and resolving customer's end network related tasks in NAYATEL
Major Responsibilities include :
▪ Providing Technical Support to FTTH (BPON/GPON) users on network level
▪ Providing Level 1 technical support to the FTTU
▪ Troubleshooting on Live Cisco ASR (9010) CORE ROUTERS and Juniper (E-120), (MX-480) BRAS
▪ Troubleshooting of PPPOE, P2P and IP routed circuits
▪ Troubleshooting of IPTV(HD-BOX) and VOD Service, Routers and Modems .
▪ Configuration/troubleshooting of Port Forwarding, NAT, Multi-NAT on Broadband routers
▪ Troubleshooting of VPN, DNS, DHCP.
▪ Troubleshooting of MPLS based Layer2 and Layer3 VPN connections
▪ Troubleshooting of SIP/POTS/VoIP Phones
▪ Troubleshooting issues related to Router, Router Security, Wireless, Optical Network Terminal and Video Services.
▪ Configuration/Troubleshooting Access Points (AP) and External Dialing Routers.
▪ Configuration/Troubleshooting of ALCATEL( I-241w-s) Optical Network Terminals (ONTs)
▪ Configuration/Troubleshooting HUAWEI (HG8247) Optical Network Terminals (ONTs)
